On Tuesday, September 15th, 2011 Southern Oregon Media Group will randomly choose one of the voters who registered for this contest running from August 8, 2011 thru September 9th, 2011 and the user selected will win a Deluxe Romance Package at Ashland Springs Hotel which includes an overnight stay for two, $30.00 dinner voucher to Larks Restaurant, Waterstone Spa treatments, Steam and sauna session, Sparkling cider and chocolates. A $415.00 value. Winners will be notified via email and/or by a phone call. If notified, you will have 24 hours to respond and claim your prize during normal business hours 8am – 5 pm. If a winner does not respond after 24 hours, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If Southern Oregon Media Group cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.
No purchase necessary. One entry will be accepted per person. Duplicate entries will be removed from the drawing.
You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
Winners will be determined by a random drawing and odds of winning depend on the number of email addresses submitted.
Southern Oregon Media Group reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Employees of Southern Oregon Media Group, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Southern Oregon Media Group has the right to disqualify any submitted entry. Entrants further grant to Southern Oregon Media Group the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. Southern Oregon Media Group reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
Southern Oregon Media Group is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages or natural disasters.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes that are applicable.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Southern Oregon Media Group reserves the right to change the rules at any time. This contest is officially sponsored by Southern Oregon Media Group.
Decision of winner is final by Southern Oregon Media Group. If foul play is suspected, participant may be disqualified.
