How the Contest Works:

• Contestants can submit a photo and write a short essay (300 words max) about the origin and desired reason for removal. 

Contest Timeline:

• Contest Submission: Feb. 3rd - March 3rd, 2014
• Selection: The winner will be picked by a panel of judges and announced in the April 2014 issue of Oregon Healthy Living.

Grand Prize: 

• The Grand Prize is a tattoo removal from Valley View Plastic Surgery for a tattoo no larger than 8” x 4”, and a value no greater than $4500.
