It's no secret: the flowers have arrived, which means it's time for our annual Spring Flower Photo Contest

To enter, register at www.mailtribune.com/springblooms, then submit up to five original photos of local flowers.

We'll pick a few of our favorites and publish them in the May 3 issue of Sunday Life. Photos will be selected by Mail Tribune staff based on composition, originality and lighting.

A readers choice photo, the one that receives the most votes by online voters, will also be published.

You have until noon Wednesday, April 29, to submit and vote. No late entries will be accepted. All submissions must be made online. We cannot accept physical photos to scan. You must be at least 13 years old to enter. Please include your phone number, city of residence, where the photos were taken and the type of flower.

So get out there and show us the beauty of spring in Southern Oregon.
